Printer Repair

Unfortunately, no. Printers are generally not worth repairing. Part are non existent and labor would be extensive, so usually it's best just to buy a new printer. We currenly like Brother or Cannon printers. We are happy to help you configure your new printer to your computer if using a USB cable, but we are not able to configure via WiFi because that needs to be installed in your home only.
Apple iPhone password help

No, there is no way for us to reset your Apple iPhone Password. We can erase your iPhone and start over, but all data will be lost. Please make sure your using iClould to prevent any data loss
Apple ID Password help

No, there is no way for us to magically reset your Apple ID password. Most likely the Apple store will be able to assist in some way
