Why you should come to us first?

We have many tools that can recover your data from a failed drive. In many cases, your data can be recovered by our tech-savvy, experienced technicians. 

Did you know that if you walk into a Big Box store...they only offer to send out for data recovery?   That's because there techs don't have 25 years of experience with hard drives.  Their fees start at $1500 because all they do is ship it to a data recovery company in which they get a commission on your service.  Their technicians are not experienced in these matters. 

In some cases the hard drive is fine but the partition may be corrupted....this is fixable!  Sometimes a few bad sectors are standing between you are your data...this is fixable! 

We charge only $49 for the initial diagnostics, which will apply to your final price estimate.... and If we are successful, we will be a fraction of their costs.  If we are successful, charges could be $99, $149, $199 or $249 max.   The prices we charge are for a combination of time spent, data retrieved and so forth.  Please keep in mind that in most cases..it's the same work if we're looking to retrieve one file or thousands of files.

If we can recover the data, the rates are much lower than directly sending the drive to a professional data recovery center.

If we cannot recover your data, we can make refer you to a top-rated data recovery company and usually get a discount at the same time which will still be a lot less expensive than Big Box, so there's no reason to go anywhere else.  We've saved our customers thousands and thousands of dollars over the years.
