Why you should come to us first?

We have many tools that can recover your data from a failed drive. In many cases, your data can be recovered by our tech-savvy, experienced technicians. 

Did you know that if you walk into a Big Box store...they only offer to send out for data recovery?   That's because there techs don't have 25 years of experience with hard drives.  Their fees start at $1500 because all they do is ship it to a data recovery company in which they get a commission on your service.  Their technicians are not experienced in these matters. 

In many cases the hard drive is fine but the partition may be corrupted....this is fixable!  Sometimes a few bad sectors are standing between you are your data...this is fixable! 

We charge only $49 for the initial diagnostics, which will apply to your final bill.... and If we are successful, we will be a fraction of their costs.  If we are successful, charges could be $99, $149, $199 or $249 max.   The prices we charge are for a combination of time spent, data retrieved and so forth. 

If we can recover the data, the rates are much lower than directly sending the drive to a professional data recovery center. If we cannot recover your data, we can make arrangements with a top-rated data recovery company and usually get a discount at the same time which will still be a lot less expensive than Big Box, so there's no reason to go anywhere else.  We've saved our customers thousands and thousands of dollars over the years.
