Not all issues can be solved remotely, fees still apply for trying, but if you bring your computer to us, we can discount your instore fee.

Pricing:
Minimum Fee = $49 (include up to 1/2 of connection and/or setup** time)

1 hour = $99
Over 1 hour = $20 per 15 min.
** we highly recommend you preinstall the Rust Desk software beforehand and call us with the "remote address"...this will save you $$$ (see links below)

TIP:   Did you know that you can buy a protection plan on your current laptop that will also cover accidents and spills?  In most cases, they will allow you to bring to us for the repair.   Note that you will have to wait 30 days to make a claim. Click here for more details
